Upon receipt of a Lending Offer, we assess whether or not we can meet the Lender’s expectations. The Lender’s offer includes: 1) offered investment amount and, 2) a desired interest rate; the term is 18 months. When Tragedy and Hope accepts your offer, a Loan Agreement and Promissory Note are drafted as instruments of the transaction; which include terms, expectations, and agreed-upon details of the investment.
